Episode 10 – Wicked Problems

About the Podcast

Topic: Wicked, messy, social, complex, tough human problems. No, it’s not the aftermath of the Outliers Inn summer party – it’s a hostly episode with Joe and Benjamin interviewing each other about the difference between complex and merely complicated organisational and human problems. With no guests to distract them, Antlerboy manages a long thematic canter or two of the kind JP normally essays. And while they fail to crack wicked problems ranging from hotdesking to poverty and global warming, they do explore and define what ‘wicked problems’ are.

Please note the new and improved audio quality!

Hosts:Joseph Paris, Founder of the OpEx Society & The XONITEK Group of Companies
Benjamin Taylor,  Managing Partner of RedQuadrant.

Recorded: August 3, 2020 About the podcast Topic: One of our regular guests, Don Burshnick, stands-in for Antlerboy and takes his place behind the bar – somewhere at which he is all too familiar and steps right into the roll. We start the evening off with a discussion about SpaceX and the successful completion of their manned mission to the International Space Station marked by…

They discuss how the whole field of approaches business strategy are lacking, and…
